Approve Booking Requests (As Staff/Admin)

  1. Go to Flick Office > Booking Manager > Booking
  2. You will see a list of guests. A new guest’s booking request is usually marked as pending.
  3. Go to Edit where you will see the information given by your guest. 
  4. Mark Send appointment notifications to notify your guest about the latest update.
  5. Click Save Changes.

Note: Your guest will receive a welcome email.
