Go to Flick Office > Web Enquiry > Web Enquiry List.
Select Details of a new web enquiry.
Check the information of your potential lead.
Select Convert to Lead if user information seems reliable.
Note: This option will not appear if an enquiry has already been converted to lead. In that case, Go to Profile option will be shown.
