Create New Reminders

Every business has a few things that are needed to be renewed after a certain time. For example, we may have business insurance or business car MOT, Servicing, Domain, Hosting etc. which need to be renewed on time. This is where reminder presents itself as one of the most important features.

To add a new reminder:

  1. Follow one of the following methods to view/add a new reminder:
    1. Go to Flick Office > Utility > Reminder
    2. Click on the + Create New icon at the top of the interface and select View Reminders.
      1. Enter the title of your program/service, start and expiry date and set a reminder time.
      2. Click Save New to add a new reminder to your active list.
  2. You can also archive the list of the renewal we do not need in the future.

**A reminder will show up in the dashboard calendar as well as it sends a reminder email before certain days of the expiry.
