Booking Manager Settings/Configuration

  1. Go to Flick Office > Booking Manager > Settings
  2. Booking Status: Set the status of a client’s booking request.
    1. Publish for Booking
    2. Close Booking
  3. Booking Confirmation: Set a confirmation status of a client’s booking.
    1. Auto confirm on booking
    2. Hold for manual approval
  4. Booking Type: Select a type of booking.
    1. Guest Booking
    2. Appointment Booking
  5. Book After: Appointment booking generally happens after a day or two. This section handles the time and date of a client’s confirmed appointment booking.
  6. Booking Date: If a client wants to make a booking for a certain time e.g. For a week or maybe for a month then select the convenient days.
  7. Daily Visiting Time: You can set the opening and closing times for an entire day.
  8. Slot: Set a particular appointment time slot ranging from 15 min. to 120 min.
  9. Weekends: Select weekend days in your area.
  10. Holidays/Days Off: Add any extra holidays or days off here.
  11. Remark: It contains conditions of an appointment booking. Any organisation or business can change it.
  12. Click Save.
