Reset Password

Admin can set/reset the password for a lead if the lead asks for a new password.

To set a new password go to Flick Office > Lead. Go to a Lead’s Profile. You will get three options.

  1. Set Password & Send Mail – Set a new password and send it to the lead’s email address.
  2. Set Password & Send Ticket Request – Set a new password and send it via ticket request.
  3. Set Password & Send Ticket Request for New Client – Set a new password and send it via ticket request to a new client.

Additionally, you can use login to Portal to see the frontend view of your lead’s profile and follow-up mail to send emails with any special instructions to your lead.
