Create New Support Tickets

  1. Go to Flick Office > Ticket. Select Create a New Ticket
  2. Select a Template for your ticket. A template for a certain ticket will appear in the message box. Then you can proceed to change the dynamic information e.g client’s name, company name etc.
  3. Select a subject.
  4. Select a client, project and department.
  5. Set priority, status and user/ staff to whom you are referring the ticket. This user/ staff will continue to provide client support in response to this ticket.
  6. You can drag-drop or attach any files, photos or videos.
  7. Select Create a New Ticket
  8. A new ticket will be sent to the admin/ client with a unique ID number.
