Create New Billable Items

  1. Perform one of the following methods to create a new billable item.
    1. From the client's profile's Summary tab, select Billable and click Create New.
    2. From the side panel menu of Flick Office > Billable Item > Billable > + Add New
  2. Choose a client.
  3. Enter a category and a description of the item.
  4. Enter registration and next due date including the billing cycle.
  5. Set a quantity, description, unit price, and discount percentage under Line Items for each item you wish to add to the billable item.
    1. The system calculates the total by multiplying the Unit Price value by the Qty value and then subtracting the discount.
    2. To add more lines to the quote, click Add and a new line entry will appear.
    3. Select Update to save the updated billable item.
