Create New Support Tickets (As Client)

  1. Go to Flick Office. Log in to your account. 
  2. Select Ticket.
  3. You will see a list of your past and active tickets in the Recent Tickets section.
  4. Click Create a New Ticket.

  5. Your Name and Email will be selected automatically.
  6. Enter a Subject.
  7. Select Support as your Department and set a Priority level and a Project name.
  8. Ticket details will go into the Message section.
  9. You can attach any files.
  10.  Click Submit a New Ticket.
