Galleries

The Galleries section allows you to create and manage collections of images that can be displayed together on your website.

Step 1: Open All Galleries

From the left-hand menu:

Galleries → All Galleries

This displays all galleries currently created on the website.

You can use the available filters and search box to find a specific gallery.

Step 2: Create a New Gallery

1. Click Create New Gallery.
2. Enter the Name of the gallery.
3. Enter a Slug if required.
   • The slug is used in the gallery URL.
   • You can leave it blank if you want the system to generate it automatically.
4. Add a Description if required.
5. Set the Schedule Date, if applicable.
6. Select the gallery Status.
7. Add a Thumbnail if required.

Step 3: Add Gallery Items

In the Items section:

1. Click Add items to gallery.
2. The Media Library will open.
3. Select the images you want to include.
4. Click Select Media.
5. The selected images will appear in the gallery's Items section.

You can review the images and edit individual item details where required.

Step 4: Update the Gallery

After adding the required images:

1. Review the gallery name, description and items.
2. Make sure all required images have been added.
3. Click Update Gallery at the top of the page.

The gallery will then be saved with the selected images.

Step 5: Preview, Edit or Delete a Gallery

Go to:

Galleries → All Galleries

Find the gallery you want to manage and click the three-dot menu (...).

You will see the following options:

• Preview – View how the gallery appears.
• Edit – Make changes to the gallery or its images.
• Delete – Remove the gallery.

Important: Deleting a gallery removes the gallery itself. Make sure you are deleting the correct gallery before confirming the action.
