How to Register a Property

Property Registration – Property Details

To register a property, go to Property Registration and select Add Property. Carefully complete each field with accurate information about the property, ownership, utilities, and compliance. These details help manage tenancies, finances, maintenance, and legal obligations efficiently.

Property Address

Enter the full and correct postal address of the property.
Example: 34, Bestwood Lodge Drive, Arnold, NG7 2NC

Owner Type

• Personal
• Company

Select whether the property is owned by an individual (Personal) or a registered company (Company).

If the owner name does not appear in the list, you can register a new owner by clicking Add New Owner.
Alternatively, you can register owners at any time from the Owner tab available in the left-hand menu.

Within the Owner section, you can:

• Register individual owners
• Register companies
• Add directors or multiple owners
• Define the percentage (%) of ownership for each owner or director

For company-owned properties, you can assign ownership percentages to directors or shareholders.
For personally owned properties with multiple owners, you can also allocate ownership percentages to each individual.

This ensures accurate ownership records, correct financial reporting, and proper compliance tracking within the system.

• Semi Detached
• Detached etc

Choose the type of property from the available options.

Purchase Details

Purchased Price:
Example GBP 180,000
Enter the total purchase price of the property.

Deposit Paid In (%):
Example: 20.00%

Deposit Amount:
Example: GBP 36,000
Enter both the deposit percentage and amount paid.

Purchase Date:
Example: 12-10-2023
Select the date the property was purchased.

Property Structure

Build Year:
Type the building year
Example: 1970

Bedrooms:
Type the bedrooms
Example: 03

Reception Rooms:
Rype the reception
Example: 01

Bathrooms:
Type the bedrooms:
Example: 01

Parking & Outdoor Features

Parking:
Yes / No

Garage:
Yes / No

Garden:
Yes / No

Select the options that apply to the property.

Property Size

Enter the total property size in square metres.
Example: 100 SQM

Energy & Flooring

EPC Grade:

Enter the Energy Performance Certificate rating if available.

Floor Types:
Specify flooring used in different areas
(e.g. Rooms, Bathroom, Kitchen – Laminate / Tiles / Carpet)

Additional Features

Conservatory:
Yes / No

Property Extended:
Yes / No

Licensing & Council Information

Selective Licence:
Yes / No
Indicate whether the property requires a selective licence.

Council Name & Phone:
Enter the local council’s name and contact details.

Council Tax Band:

Council Tax Amount:
Example: GBP 200 / Yearly

Gas Supplier:
