Mortgage Company:
Choose the mortgage provider from the list. You can register new mortgage company if the list is not in the drop down.
Reference No.:
Enter the mortgage reference number provided by the lender.
Purchased Price:
Please type the purchased price.
Example: £180,000
Deposit Paid In (%):
Type deposit paid in %
Example: 20.00
Deposit Amount:
Please type the deposit amount.
Example: £36,000
Initial Mortgage Amount:
Please type the initial mortgage amount.
Example: £144,000
Current Mortgage Balance:
Please type the current mortgage balance.
Example: £130,000
Interest Only
Select the mortgage type (e.g. Interest Only or Repayment).
Monthly Interest Amount:
Please type the monthly interest amount.
Example: £650
Rate Type:
Choose the rate type (Fixed or Variable).
Variable Interest Rate:
Please type the interest rate.
Example: 5.25%
Start Date:
Select the mortgage start date.
End Date (Expire Date):
Select the mortgage end or expiry date.
Payment Day:
Select the monthly payment day.
Set Reminder:
Enable this option to receive reminders for mortgage payments or expiry dates.
Product Fee (One-off):
Please type the product fee amount.
Example: £1,500
Paid By:
Select how the product fee was paid
(e.g. Paid Separately or Added to Mortgage).
Select Solicitor:
If the solicitor information is there in the list, please select or register a new solicitor company. You can manage solicitors from left side Solicitors tab located under Professional partner
Solicitor Fee:
Please type the solicitor's fee.
Example: £900
Select Adviser:
If the Mortgage adviser information is there in the list, please select or register a new adviser company. You can manage an adviser from the left side Mortgage adviser tab located under Professional partner
Adviser Fee:
Please type the adviser fee.
Example: £500
