How to Record a Property Visit or Inspection

Property Visit Log

The Property Visit Log allows landlords or property managers to record details of property inspections or visits. Keeping a log ensures you have a history of property checks, tenant interactions, and any issues observed during visits.

Property:

Select the property address from the list to link the visit to the correct property.

Date

Date:
Select the date and time of the visit.
Example: 20/12/2025 20:34

Title:

Provide a short descriptive title for the visit.
Example: Routine Property Check

Note / Comment

Note / Comment:
Enter detailed observations from the visit. Include tenant interactions, property condition, or any issues noted.
Example: Property visited and met with the tenant John. Inside of the property checked and all looking good.

Once saved, the visit log will be stored in the property’s history for future reference and reporting.
