The Reminder feature allows landlords and property managers to set alerts for important dates related to properties, such as warranties, certificates, or tenant obligations. Reminders help ensure nothing is missed and compliance is maintained.
Property Address:
Select the property address from the list to link the reminder to the correct property.
Category:
Select the appropriate category for the reminder, such as:
Need to add a new category?
Click the option to create and add a new category if it is not already available.
Title:
Enter a descriptive title for the reminder.
Example: New boiler install with 10 years warranty
Date:
Type or select the date when the reminder is created or relevant.
Expiry Date:
Type the date when the warranty, certificate, or obligation expires.
Reminders:
Select when you want the system to remind you (e.g., 15 or 30 days before expiry).
The reminder will appear in the Reminder List and on the calendar.
Send Mail:
Select from the drop-down when the system should send an email notification (e.g., 15 or 30 days before the expiry date).
Remarks:
Type any additional notes or comments regarding the reminder.
Attach Files:
Upload any supporting documents related to the reminder, such as invoices, certificates, or warranties.
