How to View/ Manage Upcoming and Closed Tenancies

Upcoming Tenancy

The Upcoming Tenancy section lists all new and upcoming tenancies for your properties. This helps landlords keep track of future tenants and plan move-ins efficiently.

Important:

  • When the upcoming tenant moves in, make sure to close the current running tenant first.
  • Then, change the status of the upcoming tenant to Running.

This ensures accurate tenancy tracking, proper rent management, and avoids overlapping tenancy records.

Closed Tenancy

The Closed Tenancy section stores all past tenancies for record-keeping and reference. This includes:

  • Tenant inventory
  • Pictures (before move-in and after move-out)
  • Files and documents
  • Tenancy agreements

All closed tenancies are archived here, providing a complete history for each property. This is useful for dispute resolution, property audits, and historical reporting.

Once tenants are moved and statuses updated, you can easily manage your properties, maintain records, and ensure compliance with tenancy regulations.
