How to View All Transactions

All Transactions

The All Transactions section allows landlords to view, filter, and track all financial transactions related to their properties. This provides a detailed record of income and expenses, helping with accounting, reporting, and auditing.

Filters

  • Head: 
    Select the main transaction category (e.g., Rental Income, Property Maintenance & Repairs).
  • Sub Head: 
    Select a subcategory under the main head (e.g., Plumber Fees, Residential Rent).
  • Date From / Date To: 
    Select the date range for transactions to view.
  • Order By: 
    Choose how transactions are sorted, e.g., Latest First or Oldest First.

Transactions Table

The table displays all transactions matching your filters. Each entry shows:

  • Trans Date: Date of the transaction 
    Example: 18-Dec-2025
  • Head: Main transaction category 
    Example: Property Maintenance & Repairs
  • Sub Head: Subcategory of the transaction 
    Example: Plumber fees
  • Remark: Any additional notes related to the transaction
  • Expense (Dr): Amount spent 
    Example: £200.00
  • Income (Cr): Amount received 
    Example: £1,100.00
  • Attach: Any files attached to the transaction, such as receipts or invoices
  • Action: Options to edit or delete the transaction

Total: Expense £200.00 | Income £12,100.00

This section provides a comprehensive view of all property-related transactions, helping landlords track their finances, reconcile accounts, and generate reports for tax or audit purposes.
