How to View Rental Income Only

Rental Income Only

The Rental Income Only section allows landlords to view all income received from tenants, filtered specifically to show rental payments. This provides a quick overview of cash inflows without including expenses.

Transactions Table

The table displays all rental income transactions, including:

  • Trans Date: Date the rent was received
    Example: 11-Nov-2025
  • Head: Main category of the transaction
    Example: Rental Income
  • Sub Head: Subcategory for more detail
    Example: Residential Rent
  • Remark: Optional notes for the transaction
  • Expense (Dr): Any related expense (not used for income-only view)
    Example: £0.00
  • Income (Cr): Amount received from tenants
    Example: £1,100.00
  • Attach: Any attached files such as receipts or bank slips
  • Action: Options to edit or manage the transaction
