How to Track Mortgage Payments Only

Mortgage Pay Only

The Mortgage Pay Only section allows landlords to track all mortgage payments made for a property. This provides a clear overview of amounts paid, dates of payment, and total mortgage payments over a selected period.

Filters

• Date From / Date To:
  Select the date range for which you want to view mortgage payments.
• Order By:
  Sort payments by date, either Latest First or Oldest First, for easy tracking.

Transactions Table

The table displays all mortgage payments, including:

• Payment Date: The date the mortgage payment was made
  Example: 11-Nov-2025
• Mortgage Amount: Amount paid for that instalment
  Example: £650.00
• Attach: Any supporting documents such as payment receipts or bank statements
• Action: Options to view, edit, or manage the payment record

Summary

At the bottom of the table, you can see the Total Mortgage Paid within the selected period.

Example:

Total Mortgage Paid: £1,950.00

This view helps landlords monitor mortgage repayments, reconcile accounts, and maintain a clear record of property-related loans.
