How to Generate Rental Income & Expenditure Reports
Report – Rental Income & Expenditure Account
The Rental Income & Expenditure Account report provides landlords with a detailed overview of rental income, property-related expenses, and taxable profit for a selected period. This report is useful for financial analysis, tax filing, and evaluating property performance.
Filters
Owner: Select a specific owner or choose All to include all landlords.
Property: Select a specific property or choose All to include multiple properties.
From Date / To Date: Select the date range for the report.
Income Section
Rental Income: Enter or view all rental payments received for each month.
Total Income: Sum of all rental income for the selected period.

Expenses Section

Example: £47,109.12
Finance Cost
Mortgage Interest Only: Displays any mortgage interest paid during the selected period.
Example: £3,436.20
