How to Manage Property Documents

The Docs section allows landlords to upload and manage all important documents related to a property. This ensures key records are organised, easily accessible, and securely stored.

Property

Property:
Select the property the document relates to.
Example: 30, Bestwood Lodge Drive, Arnold, NG7 8NC

Category

Category:
Select the appropriate category for the document, such as:

  • Mortgage Agreement
  • Property Deed
  • Solicitor Document
  • Tenancy Agreement

Need to add a new category?
Click the option to create and add a new category if it is not already available.

Title

Title:
Enter a descriptive title for the document.
Example: Solicitor document

Remarks

Remarks:
Add any additional notes or comments related to the document.

Attach Files

Attach Files:
Upload the document from your computer or device.
No file chosen: Ensure a file is selected before saving.

Once saved, the document will be securely stored and linked to the property, making it easy to access for audits, compliance, or tenancy management.
