Create New Support Tickets (As Client)

Benefits of support ticket portal:

Your project manager, developer, designer, and tester everyone can gain access and work together on support tickets from a single account.

Your partner or manager can also gain access to be a part of your project and get notifications every time we send support tickets.

Due to GDPR, we recommend using a Support ticket so we do not share sensitive information (Email password, domain and hosting login details, payment log etc to email or whats app. It will be secure

  1. Once we create an account, we will send you the email with login details.
  2. Log in to your Ticket Portal using the provided login details.
  3. Select Ticket.
  4. You will see a list of your past and active tickets in the Recent Tickets section.
  5. Click Create a New Ticket.

  6. Your Name and Email will be selected automatically.
  7. Enter a Subject.
  8. Select Support as your Department and set a Priority level and a Project name.
  9. Ticket details will go into the Message section.
  10. You can attach any files.
  11.  Click Submit a New Ticket.
